Welcome to the fast track for innovators.

Tufts M.S. in Innovation & Management (MSIM) is an intensive, one-year, full-time professional master’s program that prepares STEM graduates to make an impact in the world through technology. Hit the ground running—rather than waiting to gain important business and leadership skills through an MBA or similar degree later in your career.

Tufts MSIM delivers a return on your investment. Whether you want to build your own team or be the one they build around, Tufts MSIM gives you the real-world experience to make it happen. The deeply relevant coursework helps you develop the business, entrepreneurship, and operations skills you need to succeed as a leader on the technology frontier.

At an on-campus Info Session, you'll have the chance to meet current students and learn from alumni about how MSIM has helped them launch their career. The MSIM is now offered as a Tufts BS-MS Combined Degree option with generous tuition discounts and a streamlined application process!
