Fletcher Global Innovation Entrepreneurship Symposium
The student-led Fletcher Global Innovation Entrepreneurship Symposium came to a successful conclusion on February 7. Over 100 attendees joined the conversation at Tufts University to explore timely topics, including international business in today's world, and navigating the global AI landscape. DEC partnered as a proud sponsor and advisor. Warm congratulations to the student leaders at Fletcher Entrepreneur Club for hosting an excellent event!
In our third Tufts Consumer Product Fair on February 12, we saw a 100% increase in student vendors year over year! Our predominantly undergraduate students sold snacks, toys, apparel and accessories, photography services and even hand drawn caricatures over lunch break. There is so much entrepreneurial spirit in our student population!
If you are a Tufts student and have a side hustle, we encourage you to reach out. We will be creating more opportunities to showcase your bootstrapped small business in the coming months. Go Jumbos!

Tufts Career Center hosts Career Fair - February 14
Over 200 employers across from various industries will be in the Tufts Gantcher Center tomorrow 11:30am-2:30pm for the Spring Career Fair. Lunch will be provided.

Tufts Hult Prize Competition - Apply by February 15
The Hult Prize is a global pitch competition where students compete for a chance to win $1 million by presenting an idea that solves a social issue. The Tufts Hult Prize competition will take place on February 21st 4 PM, and the winners will move on to compete in the Massachusetts Hult Prize Competition. Register Here
